The former Harland & Wolff Paint Shed (64,000ft2) provides four 16,000ft2 “cells”. The cells are set out in a square and connected by internal ‘streets’. Each cell is 90ft / 27.5m tall and has one 3ft / 1m thick external “wall” (a 75ft / 23m tall door).
The former Paint Shed also provides office space, five dedicated workshops, a “green room” and its own internal electrical substation providing power to the entire building.
