A residential development comprising 57no. apartments across two buildings, basement car parking and 3no. ground floor commercial units.

The site was previously occupied by Ballynafeigh Police Station. The station closed to the public in February 2011 and the 0.29 hectare site was placed on the market in January 2016 with offers invited in the region of £900,000. Dougan Residential and Commercial acquired the site on behalf of property developer Mr. P. Drayne in December 2016.

Knockburn Ltd submitted a planning application (LA04/2018/1415/F) during May 2018 proposing to develop a mixed use development comprising 2no. buildings with a total of 57no. apartments. Block A comprises 33no. apartments with 3no. ground floor cafe / restaurant / retail units and Block B comprises 24no. apartments. Development includes communal landscaped courtyards and basement car parking. The application was approved in February 2019.

Eastwood Demolition cleared the site during March – April 2019 and construction work commenced during May 2019.

The first phase of apartments to rent at The Residence were released during November 2020.
