The c.2.1 acre brownfield site is located at the junction of Shankill Road and Lanark Way.

Lavinmore LLP and Filor Housing Association (now NB Housing) with JNP Architects and TSA Planning submitted a planning application (Z/2010/0610/F) in May 2010 proposing a mixed tenure housing development comprising 41no. houses and apartments for social housing and 28no. private / affordable apartments. The application was approved in August 2012.

Lavinmore LLP with JNP Architects and TSA Planning submitted a planning application (LA04/2017/0007/F) in December 2016 proposing to amend permission Z/2010/0610/F to introduce ground floor commercial units. The application proposed to develop a mixed use scheme comprising 21no. apartments, 4no. retail units and 1no. cafe. The application was approved in September 2018.

Michael Nugent Ltd and TSA Planning submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (LA04/2021/2378/PAN) in October 2021 proposing a residential development comprising circa. 53no. dwellings (38no. semi-detached houses, 3no. detached houses and 12no. apartments).
