Willow Walk at Queen’s Elms Student Village comprises 257no. bed spaces arranged across five blocks varying in height from 3 – 6 storeys and set around an open green space. The accommodation is primarily for international and postgraduate students.
The buildings were constructed on the site of Sir Arthur Vick House, Shaftesbury Hall and 2 & 4 Holyrood; all were demolished in 2010. Willow Walk was constructed with steel frames and insitu flat concrete slabs and is designed to achieve an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating. Graham commenced construction in March 2011 and completed works in September 2012.
