The proposed Plater’s Yard development comprises 2no. hotels (270 rooms), 152no. apartments, 12no. commercial units and 382 basement parking spaces.
The site forms part of Titanic Quarter Phase II and was granted outline planning consent in June 2008 (Z/2006/2864/O).
Titanic Quarter Ltd submitted a planning application (Z/2009/0530/F) in April 2009 proposing a mixed use development (The Plater’s Yard comprising 2no. hotels, 152no. apartments, commercial units, basement car parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure works. The application was approved in July 2011.
CBRE placed the Platers Yard development site (c.1.77 acres) on the market, on behalf of Titanic Quarter Ltd, in February 2019.
