Olympic House will comprise two linked blocks of six and seven storeys providing 150,000ft2 of office accommodation and 82no. basement parking spaces accessed via Titanic Boulevard. The building will be stone clad with infill curtain walling and bronze detailing.
The building was granted planning approval in July 2014 (Z/2013/0931/F) and in March 2017 Belfast Harbour and Titanic Quarter Ltd announced that the development will be co-developed via a joint venture arrangement.
The construction tender for Olympic House issued in November 2018.

O’Hare & McGovern Ltd commenced construction in March 2020.
