The North Tower and Waterside Tower; two adjoining office buildings at Clarendon Dock comprise 42,570ft2 of office accommodation and 94 parking spaces.

North Tower comprises approximately 17,700ft2 over four floors and Waterside Tower comprises approximately 24,900ft2 over six floors.

Grant Thornton have occupied the ground floor (4,000ft2) of North Tower since October 2012. The NI Policing Board has occupied all floors (24,900ft2) within Waterside Tower since late 2001.

The buildings were owned by Prentice Estates Ltd. Prentice Estates Ltd was placed into administration in July 2015. Osborne King, on behalf of the Administrator, placed the property on the market in September 2016 with offers invited over £4.5m. The Belfast Telegraph reported in December 2016 that the building sold for an undisclosed sum.
