Hollhouse Developments submitted a planning application (Z/2007/2030/F) in August 2007 proposing to develop 226no. apartments with car parking. The application was approved in December 2008.

Hollhouse Developments submitted a revised planning application (Z/2009/1139/F) in August 2009 proposing a reduced number of apartments (176no.) and associated car parking. The revised application was approved in September 2010.
