Windsor Developments Ltd submitted a planning application (LA04/2018/0916/F) in April 2018 proposing to develop 45no. apartments within 3no. three storey buildings. The application was approved in October 2018.

Windsor Developments Ltd submitted a planning application (LA04/2019/1285/F) in May 2019 which proposed amendments to the 2018 permission comprising relocation of Block B and minor redesign of Block C; resulting in one less apartment. The application was approved in November 2019.

Windsor Developments Ltd submitted a planning application (LA04/2020/0163/F) in January 2020 proposing to develop 27no. apartments within 2no. three storey buildings. The application was recommended approval by Belfast’s Planning Committee in November 2020.

Leo Matheson Ltd commenced construction of the first phase of development in July 2020 (comprising 44no. apartments approved under LA04/2018/0916/F and LA04/2019/1285/F).
