A five-storey steel framed building comprising 26,900ft2 of office accommodation and 16no. adjacent ground floor parking spaces. Designed by Twenty Two Over Seven Architects for Tullyraine Ltd; a Jermon Developments company. SFH Construction commenced construction during 2007 and completed during late 2008.

Ormeau Gasworks Ltd submitted a planning application (Z/2004/0836/F) in April 2004 proposing to develop a four storey office building with rooftop plant room. The application was approved in October 2004.

Tullyraine Ltd submitted a planning application (Z/2007/2000/F) in August 2007 proposing an additional fifth floor of office accommodation and additional rooftop plant room. The application was approved in January 2008.

The Department of Finance leased office accommodation at Killymeal House in January 2009 for a period of 15 years.

The Anglo Irish Bank appointed a receiver to Killymeal House in June 2010. BTW Shiells placed the building on the market for sale in September 2010 (on behalf of the receiver). The National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) sold Killymeal House to The JM & JT Partnership LLP in May 2012 for £3.1m.

Killymeal House was acquired off market by a private investor in April 2022. Finch Real Estate represented the private investor in the acquisition.
