A nine storey hotel building comprising 250 bedrooms. Designed by WDR & RT Taggart for Lincoln Centre (Belfast) Ltd and built by Farrans Construction between 2002 – 2003. The hotel opened in June 2003 under the Days Hotel brand.

Andras Hotels completed a £2.5m refurbishment of the building in 2015 and were awarded the franchise by InterContinental Hotels Group to operate a Holiday Inn hotel.
