A seven-storey office building built 1990-1991 for the National Farmers Union Pension Fund.

The building facade was refurbished (Dec 2013 – Feb 2015) by the NFU Mutual (Planning Ref: Z/2013/1472/F).  The works were planned by Wayne Storey Associates and completed by Cloane Construction.

Fit-out for an outlet of Starbucks at the ground floor unit is underway and is expected to complete by end of January 2018.
