7 – 11 Shaftesbury Square is a redevelopment of a section of Carlton House (1 – 11 Shaftesbury Square) c1973 by McAlister Armstrong Partnership. The original building was severely damaged by a bomb in the early 1990s but following the redevelopment of the section nearest Botanic Avenue Coogan & Co Architects designed a seven-storey red brick building using the 1970s original structure.

The building provides two ground floor retail units and six upper floors of office accommodation. There is a basement car park access from Fulton Street providing 21 spaces.

The building was placed on the market by Campbell Cairns in April 2015 inviting offers in the region of £2.75m.
