A seven-storey office building designed by RPP Architects for Dundas Properties Ltd and built by McLaughlin & Harvey between 1980 – 1982 (planning ref: Z/1979/1119).

Magell Ltd, Like Architects and O’Toole & Starkey Planning submitted a planning application (LA04/2018/1199/F) in April 2018 proposing to refurbish the existing office building providing new curtain walling facade system and replacing all windows. The application was approved in December 2018.

Graham commenced work on the £5.5m redevelopment of Eagle Star House in March 2019.

by Magell will comprise 30,000ft2 of flexible working space, operated by Urban HQ, when completed during summer 2020. Graham commenced construction work in March 2019 and completed the project in August 2020.

The completed building is operated by Urban HQ as flexible workspace.
