A seven-storey commercial building at the corner of Donegall Square North and Donegall Place.

The Northern Bank Pension Fund and Todd Architects submitted a planning application (Z/2014/0829/F) in June 2014 proposing to change the use of part of the ground floor from Class A1 retail to a Class A2 Financial and Professional Services. Permission was granted in February 2015.

Merex Construction Ltd undertook strip-out works within the vacant ground floor commercial units during autumn 2015, including demolition of partition walls to amalgamate the existing units.

Nationwide Building Society commenced fitout work for a new branch at the ground floor of Donegall House in September 2016. The Nationwide branch opened to the public in December 2016.

Fit out work for a take-away coffee kiosk adjacent the office entrance at Donegall Square North commenced during September 2017. ‘Kaffe O’ opened during autumn 2017.

Joint agents CBRE and Osborne King placed the building on the market in October 2018 with offers invited in excess of £11.25m. The property brochure includes an indicative redevelopment scheme (subject to planning) comprising c.55,000ft2 of across nine stories (see image below).
