The ground floor comprises the office entrance lobby and cafe/ restaurant unit facing Church Place and retail units (c.8,000ft2) fronting New Street (connecting Royal Avenue – North Street). The building is proposed to connect to the upper floors of 41-51 Royal Avenue.
The building (referred to as Block 6) forms part of Phase 1b (LA04/2017/2126/F) of the former Royal Exchange outline masterplan (LA04/2017/2341/O).
