A 12-storey office building designed by Knox & Clayton Architects for Hydebank Developments.

A planning application (Z/2001/3187/F) was submitted by Kemark Ltd and Knox & Clayton Architects in December 2001 proposing an office development. Following amendments the application was approved in August 2002.

The fifth floor was sold in late 2013 for an undisclosed sum just before going to auction.

The second floor (2,400 ft2) was sold in June 2015 by McConnell Surveyors on behalf of a private client to Finegan Gibson Accountants.
