A three-storey, 12,000ft2 office building designed by Twenty Two Over Seven Architects for Ormeau Gasworks Ltd. Built 2001 – 2002 and awarded an RIBA award in 2004. The building is constructed with a concrete frame clad in terne coated stainless steel, grey stained timber glass and white painted render.

In May 2012 Ormeau Gasworks Ltd was placed into administration and the building was subsequently placed on the market. The building sold to a private investor for £3.3m in September 2014.

In 2014 Deloittes acquired 9,500ft2 of space within the building.
