Currently a four-storey red brick building dating from 1868.
The building was acquired in September 2014 by McConnell Surveyors on behalf of Stargime.
Stargime (PR Belfast 2 S.a.r.l) and Like Architects submitted a planning application (LA04/2015/0076/F) in April 2015 proposing refurbishment and roofline alterations of 95 – 97 Victoria Street (Artola House) and demolition of 91 – 93 Victoria Street and construction of new office building. The application was approved in December 2015.
A marketing brochure released by McConnells in January 2017 notes “delivery anticipated Q1 2018”.
Glasgiven Contracts commenced construction in February 2017.
