A four and a half storey office building with ground floor restaurant.

Andras House Ltd acquired nos.73-75 Great Victoria Street (Kenmare House and Mount Eva respectively) in August 1987. The properties were built during the mid 19th century as part of a residential terrace known as Victoria Place.

The properties were leased to Budget Rent-A-Car in 1988 and in August 1989 Andras House submitted a planning application (Z/1989/2642) proposing to develop a four and a half storey office building. The application was approved in September 1989.

Budget Rent-A-Car relocated to the adjacent buildings at 69-71 Great Victoria Street and Andras House developed Albany House between 1990 – 1991.

The ground floor entrance to the building was altered in 1995 and again in 2003 when an extension to the ground floor commercial unit was built on the front of the building.
