A development of 90no. affordable housing units (48 no. dwellings and 42 no. apartments) and 2no. commercial units by Pan Residential Ltd.

EHA Group commenced work on site in August 2017 and construction is due to complete early 2019.

Eastwood Demolition carried out the demolition of the remaining frontage of the former Peter Pan complex during 14-15 October 2017.


Planning History

Pan Residential Ltd submitted a planning application (Z/2014/1665/F) in December 2014 proposing to demolish existing buildings on the site and develop 90no. affordable housing units (48 no. dwellings and 42 no. apartments), 2no. commercial units, car-parking and landscaping. The application was approved in December 2015.

Circuit Builders (NI) LLP submitted a planning application (Z/2007/0951/F) in April 2007 proposing a redevelopment scheme comprising 184no. social / affordable residential units, 4no. retail / commercial units, basement car parking, a Multi-Use Games Area and associated landscaping. The application was approved in September 2009.

Mar Properties Ltd submitted a planning application (Z/2004/0967/F) in April 2004 proposing 111no. apartments over 27 no. retail units and basement car parking. The application was approved in June 2006.
