The building lay derelict for a number of years before being extensively refurbished by Robinson McIlwaine Architects and Mascott Construction between June 2008 – March 2009. The building now provides 10,000ft2 of office space over four floors and is fully occupied by O’Reilly Stewart Solicitors.
