A 4 – 6 storey building arranged around a central landscaped courtyard. The £44m campus building extends to 225,000ft2 and is built over an underground car-park. Patton Construction began site preparations in April 2009 and an event on 6th May 2009 marked the beginning of construction. The college opened to students in September 2011.
