A four storey mixed-use building designed by Hall Black Douglas for the Clear Group and built 2009 – 2011.

The Cornerstone Medical Centre (nos. 69-71) opened in February 2011 at a cost of £3.5m and comprises ground floor pharmacy and 3no. doctor’s surgeries above. This element of the scheme received financial assistance of £1.2m from the Department for Social Development.

The second phase of the scheme (nos. 63-67) comprising 2no. ground floor retail units and 12no. apartments at first – third floor completed during summer 2011. The apartments are managed by Helm Housing Association.
