A two-storey building built c.1980.

Prentice Estates and Knox & Clayton Architects submitted a planning application (Z/2007/0790/F) in March 2007 proposing to develop a seven storey office building with ground floor retail unit. The application was approved in November 2008 although no development proceeded.

S.S. Moore Trust refurbished the building during early 2017 (LA04/2016/1579/F) and Churchill Exclusive Drycleaners relocated from 24 Howard Street to 55 Upper Arthur Street in March 2017.

Oh Donuts opened at the ground floor and Orchid Thai Massage opened at first floor during December 2017.
