A four storey office building at the corner of Hill Street (nos.45-49) and Gordon Street (nos.2-16).

Previously this was the site of a three storey red-brick warehouse building demolished in the mid 1990s.

Hill Street Developments Ltd submitted a planning application (Z/1997/2299) in April 1997 proposing to develop a four storey office building. The application was approved in June 1997 and construction commenced shortly after.

Konrad Properties Ltd acquired the building in February 2003 and later sold to Havana Trading No.4 Ltd in August 2016.
