A 9-storey office building designed by Povall Worthington Architects for SP Properties Ltd. The building was built by Patton Construction at a cost of £6m over a 54 week period between 2002 – 2003. On practical completion of the building Patton were retained for the £5m internal fit-out contract (completed in 14 weeks).

The site had previously lay undeveloped as a surface car-park. SP Properties initially submitted a planning application to construct a 7-storey building with basement parking (approved August 2000). A further application in March 2001 proposed an additional 2-storeys for the approved building. This was approved in March 2002 and construction followed soon after.
