Sinclair Homes & Development Ltd and C60 Architects & Planners submitted a planning application  (LA04/2015/0840/F) in July 2015 proposing to convert the existing vacant building to provide 7no. apartments. The application was approved in September 2016.

Construction works commenced during autumn 2016 and completed in May 2017. The sales agent’s website (colliersni.com) indicates that all 7 apartments are sale agreed.
