A three-storey red brick building built in the 1990’s and situated between Coles Alley and Pottinger’s Entry. The current building replaces a three storey faience building built c1935 for the Cable Shoe Company.

The ground floor retail unit extends to 4,500 ft2 with a further 3,000 ft2 at first floor. The property was occupied by Bon Marche until the Peacocks Group went into administration in February 2012. The property was then occupied by Head Records from July 2012 until January 2014.

The building was placed on the market by CBRE in April 2015 inviting offers in the region of £750,000. The building sold late 2015 / early 2016 to Gortalowry Developments Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

Danish homewares and accessories retailer Søstrene Grene opened a 4,500ft2 store in November 2016.
