A six storey steel framed office building formerly known as Moyne House. Dougan Design & Management and Patton Construction completed the redevelopment of Moyne House in 2003 which comprised amalgamation with the building to the rear on Callender Street, internal refurbishment, new lifts and a new external glass facade.

The building was acquired by Stargime for £5.4m in November 2013. The building had been in receivership.
