A four-storey building designed by Vincent Craig (brother of Sir. James Craig; Lord Craigavon) for Sharman D. Neill, jeweller and clockmaker. Built 1902 – 1903 and occupied at ground floor by Sharman D. Neill Ltd until relocation in 1962.
The ground floor was then occupied by a number of retail stores including Laura Ashley, Burton and, since the 1990s, River Island.
