A three-storey red brick building, now painted.

The building was occupied by an outlet of KFC from late 1995 until closing in July 2005, reportedly due to movement of the building caused by piling works associated with the construction of the adjacent Victoria Square development. The KFC outlet re-opened in February 2008 until permanent closure in March 2015. The building was marketed by Osborne King from March 2015 until late 2015. Local restaurant ‘Fish City’ opened in July 2016.
