A six-storey, 122 bedroom hotel located at Queen’s Road, behind the Odyssey Arena. The building was developed by Titanic Quarter Ltd and is operated by Whitbread Ltd as a Premier Inn Hotel. The £7.1m development was designed by Robinson McIlwaine Architects in wood, zinc and concrete as a continuation of the adjacent Abercorn Residential Complex building.

The hotel was sold to T J Hamilton Developments Ltd in August 2014 for £6m.
