Three storey building designed by Barrie Todd Architects for Wine Inns Ltd. The Manhattan bar / club opened in 1992 and traded for 20 years until being refurbished and rebranded M Club and V Bar.

The premises were again refurbished during autumn 2016 and reopened as Alibi bar.

The adjacent three storey building at 33-35 Bradbury Place was placed on the market by Colliers during 2016 with offers invited in the region of £175,000. The building sold during late 2016.

Wine Inns Ltd and Studiorogers Architects submitted a planning application (LA04/2017/1694/F) in July 2017 proposing to amalgamate the ground floor of 33-35 Bradbury Place with Alibi bar at 23-31 Bradbury Place.
