Bedford House is a 10-storey office building with ground floor retail units. The building was built in the 1960s and recalled in 1983 following bomb damage. The interior and ground floor exterior was refurbished in 1994.

Refurbishment of the building’s external facade commenced in 2007 and completed in 2008. An additional level was also added to the two lower sections either side of the main tower. The work was completed by MSM Contracts.

Bedford House currently consists of 75,200sq ft of office space on the upper floors and 7,300 sq ft of ground floor retail space.

Bedford House replaced a three storey linen warehouse built c1860 and demolished c1960s.
