R & A Developments and RPP Architects submitted a planning application (Z/2000/1066/F) in April 2000. The application was approved in October 2000 and construction commenced in 2001.

NAMA appointed an administrator to R & A Developments in November 2013.

O’Connor Kennedy Turtle placed the 4th – 9th floors of the building on the market in September 2014 with a guide price of £2.2m. The sale was agreed during 2015.

The ground floor commercial unit was occupied by AIB Bank from October 2002 until April 2011. The unit has remained vacant an 80 seat Boojum restaurant/ take away opened in July 2016.
