The Oxford Street facade incorporates a public art installation called ‘Dreams’ by local artist Rita Duffy. The purpose of which is to hide the building’s service yard.

Ground floor Unit D (nearest the Waterfront Hall) was acquired at auction by McConnell Property on behalf of Real Estate NI Ltd in January 2015. The 4,000 ft2 unit is now leased to Foster & Knott Ltd who opened a 90 cover restaurant and wine bar named Tedfords Kitchen during summer 2015.
