A three storey 41,000ft2 building overlooking the Thompson Dry Dock. Designed by RPP Architects and built by Felix O’Hare & Co. Ltd between 2003 – 2004.

ECIT building houses The Institute of Electronics, Communications and Information Technology (ECIT) and The Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT).

Queens University Belfast and AECOM submitted a planning application (LA04/2018/1892/F) in July 2018 proposing a four storey extension to the front of existing ECIT building.
