A nine-storey office designed by RPP Architects and constructed 2002 – 2004 by Gilbert Ash. The building is fully let to Bank of Ireland who relocated a number of city centre branches to this central headquarters building.

The current building replaced Commercial Union House (1969 – 2002), a six-storey office building clad in pre-cast panels with steel framed windows, which itself replaced a five-storey linen warehouse building (1874 – 1969). The linen warehouse was designed by John Lanyon for Preston, Smyth & Co. and was built 1874 – 1875 by J. Henry.
