White Star House was the fourth building to be developed as part of the Northern Ireland Science Park and provides 40,000sq ft of business space over four floors. The building incorporates groundwater extraction which ensures efficient running of the buildings cooling system. The building was commended by the RICS in its regeneration category in 2008. White Star House is let in its entirety to Citi Group.
