The undeveloped 0.27 acre site at 93 - 105 Great Victoria Street was acquired from Bluehouse developments in summer 2006 by PCCS Properties. Planning permission was then acquired in September 2007 for an 8 storey concrete frame building comprising 58 apartments, 5 retail units over eight levels and parking on underground two levels. Work began onsite in November 2008 with the demolition of the remaining properties.
