Planning was applied for in early 1997 (Z/1997/2057/F) for the development and was permitted in June 1997. The 125,000sq ft seven storey headquarter building is built on top of a two storey basement providing 120 parking spaces. The development was created around the façade of an old Methodist church designed by Dublin architect, Isaac Farrell. The building provides offices on the upper floors along with 40 conference rooms and a 200 seat restaurant for the 750 staff that work in the building.
