The Concourse development located between Queens ECIT Building and the Legacy Building received planning permission in late 2006. Work on the first 60,000 sq ft, £5m building began at the end of 2007 and was completed in late 2008. Building 2 of the three planned buildings is likely to proceed towards the end of 2009 with completion in 2010.
