108 - 110 Victoria Street is a grade B2 listed building. A planning application was submitted in October 2004 to refurbish the existing building as office accomodation with a new build rear extension and upper floor. Planning permission was granted in March 2006 for the 12,786sq ft office development. The developer, Turkington Holdings, began work on site during the summer 2007 and work was completed in January 2009. The Open University opened its Irish Headquarters at the Bank building in October 2010.
