The proposed 390,000sq ft nine storey office development is part of an overall masterplan of the Stormont Estate being carried out by the buildings architects, Hamilton Architects. The scheme involves the demolition of Dundonald House to make way for the new building and the remaining land which Dundonald House currently occupies will be returned to open park space to extend the existing green space provided within the estate.
