The brownfield development site on Clonard and Odessa Street was cleared of all existing industrial units in preparation for the residential development. The old mill building was retained and incorporated into the scheme. The old William Ross & Company Linen Mill was established in 1802. Of the 150 apartments created by the development of the site, 114 were new builds and 36 were conversions from the old mill building.
