The re-location of PRONI to the 1.48ha. site adjacent to the Gateway Office complex was announced in August 2007. Work on the £30 million scheme began in November 2008 with a scheduled completion date of September 2010.

The four storey development will measure 9,228sq m. and is designed by Todd Architects.
