Olympic House is a proposed 6 – 7 storey office building (comprising 2,970 sq m of class B1(a) office use and 14,642 sq m of B1 (C) research and development) with a single level of basement parking providing 82 spaces accessed via Titanic Boulevard. The building is stone clad with infill curtain walling and bronze detailing.
Olympic House was granted planning approval in July 2014 (Z/2013/0931/F).
Belfast Harbour and Titanic Quarter Ltd announced in March 2017 that the development will be co-developed via a joint venture arrangement.
The construction tender for Olympic House issued in November 2018. Construction is expected to commence in spring 2019 and will take 18 months to complete.
