A cleared 1.04 acre former industrial site located between Milner Street and the Westlink.

Eassda Ltd and 2020 Architects submitted a planning application (Z/2005/2041/F) in September 2005 proposing develop a residential building of up to 10 storeys comprising 206no. apartments (119 two bedroom and 87 one bedroom apartments.). The application was approved in April 2007.

Eassda Ltd was placed into administration in December 2009.

In early 2014 the site was prepared for public auction by Osborne King with a maximum reserve of £225,000. The site was sold prior to auction for an undisclosed sum.

Knock burn Ltd and M.C. Logan Architects submitted a planning application (Z/2014/1053/F) in August 2014 proposing to develop 48no. apartments (39 two bedroom and 9 one bedroom) across 8no. two and three storey blocks. The application was approved in January 2016.
