A five storey call centre building extending to 120,000ft2 and an adjacent 200no. space multi-storey car park. Developed by CUSP Ltd for HBOS Plc and designed by MAP Architects. The £45m development was built January 2000 – April 2001 by McLaughlin & Harvey. The call centre building is constructed from a steel frame (erected March – April 2000) with in-situ concrete floor slabs and external EDM Spanwell cladding and curtain walling. The Industrial Development Board (now InvestNI) provided a c£15m grant to help finance the scheme. Halifax occupied the building from May 2001 followed by an official opening in July 2001.

Lioyds Banking Group and Pegasus Group submitted a planning application (LA04/2018/2281/F) in September 2018 proposing alterations to the existing building comprising removal of existing cladding panels and erection of weather protection in the form of steel framing system, insulation and siniat board.
